The project will transform the shuttered office and industrial site into a state-of-the-art data center campus, with plans for 3 GW of capacity to be deployed over six years. In addition, the company was recently awarded a $2 million grant through Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), a program to incentivize design, acquisition, and construction of improvement projects such as TECfusions’ adaptive reuse approach.
