Founder and CTO
Simon Tusha is a visionary entrepreneur and leader with over two decades of experience in developing and managing data centers, real estate, and sustainability projects around the world. Throughout his career, Simon has developed more than 1,500 Data Center projects with 250MW+, totaling over 5 million square feet of space.

Steve Hershey

Vice President, Governmental and Regulatory Services
Steve Hershey is the Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at TECfusions, a position he has held since January 2024. Steve is an experienced leader in federal, state, and local public policy, lawmaking, advocacy, and relationship building.

Steve Hackenburg

Chief Revenue Officer
Steve Hackenburg is the Chief Revenue Officer at TECfusions, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the global data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem. He began his career with the Uptime Institute and has since held senior leadership roles spanning hyperscale leasing, enterprise sales, and critical supply-chain strategy. Steve has led high-performance commercial teams and complex capacity deployments, helping scale next-generation, power-dense data center platforms for the world’s leading technology companies.

Melissa Farney

Director of Marketing
Melissa Farney is the Director of Marketing at TECfusions. She is an experienced professional with over 15 years in marketing and communications, accomplished at developing and implementing innovative marketing, branding, and messaging programs that improve market position, drive demand generation, and inspire customer and industry engagement with a brand.

Joseph Rubino

Vice President, Real Estate
Joseph Rubino is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in private equity real estate and commercial real estate analysis. Currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate at TECfusions in Tampa, Florida, he brings over six years of experience to his role. Prior to joining TECfusions, Joseph spent six years at CenterSquare Investment Management in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, where he held various positions, including Private Equity Real Estate Associate and Senior Analyst.

Mark Hamilton

Chief Operating Officer
Brings over three decades of experience as a Senior Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. He is a strong operational professional skilled in IT Service Management, Data Center Management, Engineering, and Cross-functional Team Leadership.

Dan Richardson

Vice President Construction
Dan Richardson is the Vice President of Construction at TECfusions, a position he has held since July 2023. Prior to joining TECfusions, Dan was the Chief Operating Officer at Panache Asset, Development and Construction Services from January 2020 to January 2022.

Eric Daniels

Chief Engineering Officer
Brings over two decades of professional leadership experience in Electrical Design, Construction and Operational Management of data centers and other critical facilities. He has designed hyperscale data centers for multiple “household name” technology companies across the country. Key skills include high- and medium-voltage power generation and distribution.

Associate General Counsel
Oscar Nunez Gonzalez brings over 20 years of legal expertise in corporate governance, M&A and cross-border transactions across Latin America to TECfusions as In-House Counsel and LATAM Markets Director. His deep experience in asset protection, regulatory compliance, and international deal structuring strengthens both the company's legal framework and regional expansion strategy. As a Panamanian attorney with proven success navigating complex multi-jurisdictional matters, he provides critical leadership in scaling TECfusions' AI and HPC data center infrastructure across emerging markets.

Colleen Varana is a senior talent and operations executive with over 30 years of experience supporting growth across technology, infrastructure, and energy-focused organizations. She has led global hiring and organizational scaling for both high-growth startups and established enterprises, including Oracle and Deloitte, in complex and regulated environments. Colleen focuses on building teams and operating structures that enable execution at scale.

Michelle Menghini

Director, Human Resources
Michelle Menghini directs the Human Resources Department at TECfusions, a position she has held since September 2023. Prior to joining TECfusions, Michelle served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Vector Solutions from June 2019 to August 2023 in Tampa, Florida. She also held the role of Human Resources Manager at IRONMAN from June 2011 to December 2018 in Tampa, FL.
